“Glory to God”
Another month has passed by and we will be entering the last month of 2025. It is incredible how quickly it seemed to go by. I can speak for myself, this particular year has been a challenge. But God has been faithful every step of the way. Of course things didn’t always turn out the way I thought or wanted but as our yearly scripture told us; “even the hard pathways overflow with abundance.
Today we finish the month of November with a very familiar verse. It is a verse that I have written about on several occasions. I was even thinking about not writing this morning. But I feel like the Lord has a message for all of us. It is probably not a message as much as a needed reminder.
Ephesians 3:20-21
Now all glory to God, who is able, through His mighty power at work within us, to accomplish infinitely more than we might ask or think. 21 Glory to him in the church and in Christ Jesus through all generations forever and ever! Amen.
I want to keep this short, sweet and to the point! When we study the life of Jesus, His ultimate purpose was to glorify His Father in Heaven. When we place our faith in Jesus Christ our ultimate goal should be to glorify God! WHY? He is worthy!
He is the One who can accomplish infinity more than we can ask or think of. Jesus taught this to His followers. He said I am the Vine you are the branches if you abide in Me, I will abide in you and you will bear MUCH fruit, apart from Me you can do NOTHING! Without Christ in our lives our personal effort will always come up short. This verse also teaches us that God is at work in every one of His children. Therefore be strong and courageous the Lord God Almighty is with you!
